Cob is a mixture of clay/soil, sand and straw. Mixed together it forms a material that enables you to erect walls, build furniture, shape windows, etc. It acts like modeling clay.
If you can imagine it, you can build it. During the workshop, you will learn how to build beautifully sculpted cob walls for your new house, cottage, garden wall or studio. We will cover everything from finding and preparing materials to finishing it off with an earthen plaster. |
